WELCOME TO MY BLOG AND MY VERY FIRST POST
I cannot begin to express how excited I am to kick this off. For some time now, I’ve wanted to start blogging as a personal journal and creative outlet for my travels and thoughts, but I held myself back with every excuse I could make up: no one will read it, people will make fun of you, there is already 800 millions of other blogs. But ultimately, with the words of encouragement from several friends, I decided to just go for it! If even one of the journeys inspire one person, then I’m a happy camper.
A lot of topics and advice you’ll find on this blog are things I learned while trying to navigate through life as a semi-adult. Yes, I still consider my life as a huge “adult gap year” (if that is even a thing). There will also be plenty of wisdom sprinkled in there from people who are far smarter and wiser. You will meet the important people in my life. Some that are lifetime influences and some that will continue to explore this great big world. And if you enjoy what you read, I promise to keep em coming.
